In our department, we handle many various processes which differ in nature and complexity. The majority of daily tasks will be related to customers’ or other banks’ requests about transactions or account statements. Here you will be a part of a key strategic hub responsible for a broad range of banking operations, deliveries to the customers and stakeholders as well as improvement of the processes.

You will be part of the team which consists of 13 members. Together we strive for better results and create positive customer experience. If you are willing to learn, our team is a perfect room to grow!

You will:

  • Handle various requests for information
  • Ensure quality services for our customers
  • Solve unusual situations related to payments
  • Handle communication with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure workflow according to established deadlines

About you:

  • Danish language skills (from B1 level)
  • Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be appreciated)
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Detail oriented

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
