RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on all types of contracts with worldwide jurisdiction;
• Preparation of the company's internal and external documents;
• Advising employees on internal document administration issues;
• Systematic administration of compliance of internal administration documents with the applicable legal acts and their amendments;
• Thorough integration of information into databases and document administration;
• Preparation of reports;
• KYC („Know Your Customer“) execution and control of procedures;
• Ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in the field of personal data protection, developing and implementing processes.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• High university legal education;
• At least 1 year experience of in legal practice;
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) are a must;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Ability to work and achieve a goal both in a team and individually, follow deadlines and effectively manage time.
