Responsibilities:

• Describe and structure business requirements at implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective and efficient way in collaboration with Product Owner
• Cooperate with business and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout system or business development life-cycle
• Participate and contribute at implementation of technology solutions at in different stages (testing (unit and/or user acceptance), collection of additional requirements, participation in bug fixing)
• Identify business process simplification opportunities and assesses feasibility of possible technical solutions
• Take role of business analyst/proxy product owner within Small IT development/project
• Timely perform communication with other structural units and external companies on unit related activities
• Support product owners with fulfilling daily tasks (employee support, application management)
• Continuously raise ideas for optimization and improvement of used solutions and/or processes
• Shape and determine unit’s targets and take needed actions to reach the objectives within the team or department
• Perform personal tasks with commitment and according to Luminor values
• Contribute to team and company performance and collaboration
• Take responsibility in professional self-development

Additionally:

Business Analyst will support Luminor retail organization in customer acquisition analytics. Responsibilities will also cover analysis of segment needs, digital trends and customer behavior in order to support development E2E customer centric solutions.

Skills and experience:

• 3 years of experience in business analysis in relevant industries
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements, customer needs and translating them into analytics specifications
• Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs
• Analytical thinking and quick decision making
• Initiative and high-level of responsibility, including ability to execute judgment in own area of competence and strong delivery capability
• Strong business development focus, understanding of market tendencies and ability to crystalize business opportunities in analytics space
• Constructive teamwork and experience of successfully working in cross country team
• Effective communication, development and time management skills
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management or IT
