We are looking for an experienced production manager to drive efficiency and change in our Lithuanian manufacturing operation. You have similar experience from an international production environment, and preferably you are a certified LEAN expert.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the production floor.
• Personnel responsibility for department team leaders.
• Improvement of resource efficiency, long-term production volumes and production staff activities planning.
• Quality assurance of manufacturing and technological processes.
• Organization and optimization of the production process.
