Job description
We are looking for an experienced production manager to drive efficiency and change in our Lithuanian manufacturing operation. You have similar experience from an international production environment, and preferably you are a certified LEAN expert.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the production floor.
- Personnel responsibility for department team leaders.
- Improvement of resource efficiency, long-term production volumes and production staff activities planning.
- Quality assurance of manufacturing and technological processes.
- Organization and optimization of the production process.
Requirements
- Experience working in an international environment and from a well-known manufacturing company.
- At least 2 years experience from a similar role.
- Higher technical education.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactivity, efficiency, strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of LEAN framework, certification is a plus.
