Better requires process discipline and simplification

We will be looking to you to work closely with legal and business partners and to support global privacy and data governance programs. In this role, a key part of your responsibilities will be conducting Privacy Risk Assessments (PRAs) with the business and helping to manage the administration of the PRA process and workflow. This will include obtaining information from teams, analyzing responses and identifying privacy risks, discussing these with the business, documenting controls, and ensuring all requirements are implemented. You will also help us to analyze the overall PRA data to spot trends and opportunities across the company.

Another part of your role will be leading and supporting on privacy training and awareness activities across the company. This will include creating training materials and planning and hosting events and workshops.

You will also be engaged in other privacy activities including assessments of vendors for privacy risks, routine reviews of policies, and conducting gap analyses of privacy laws and regulations. In addition, you will have opportunities to participate in a variety of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

For this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in legal, privacy, information governance, information security, regulatory compliance, or similar fields. Success in the role will also rely on strong technical experience and the capacity to navigate and assess complex business processes, systems, and data flows. You must also have strong analytical abilities, time management skills, and decision-making capabilities, and you are customer-oriented and able to work both in a team and independently. You are fluent in both spoken and written English, and proficiency in German would be an added advantage.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2088 - 3569 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
