Better starts and ends with the Customer
You will process settlements and Customer refunds, ensuring that data for each case are entered accurately in our systems. Specifically, you will be responsible for maintaining valid supporting documents for payments. Responsibilities will include analyzing and researching root causes of different operational inquiries and exception Money Order payments handling. As well you will need to understand and follow Company policies that apply to accounting, compliance and risk management processes.

The monthly gross base salary range is 933 – 1475 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
