Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will be part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC), which provides monitoring, 1st, and 2nd level application support, and Major Incident management services to the organization. In ETOC, you will be Monitoring the company's IT infrastructure and critical applications, detecting IT issues and preventing IT service disruptions, escalating incidents to various IT teams, participating in the troubleshooting calls and deployments, and closely working with Major Incident Management colleagues.
For this role, you need to be interested in IT & technical troubleshooting and have analytical thinking and a customer-oriented approach. Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are desired. A degree or certification in computer science or similar studies is a plus.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1291 – 1700 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
