Quality Review Specialist – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to work within the Quality Assurance department supporting and working with various Platform Operations teams. You will investigate incidents involving money laundering, client fraud and internal corporate fraud.  You'll prepare and complete formal and case investigation reports for internal business partners including senior management, as well as detect suspicious transaction and account trends. You will collaborate and partner with internal departments and conduct research and analysis by performing assessment, research transaction details, audit logs, and telecommunications records and apply regulatory rules and standards. Through calibration sessions, you will help identify recommendations on procedural and process changes, determining Quality Assurance standards, constantly recognizing quality trends and additional training needs. You will also assist in the development and implementation of new Quality Review processes and tools.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent;

  • 1+ years' experience in Operations or similar related field;

  • experience in Quality Assurance would be considered as an advantage;

  • a sound communication and facilitation skills,

  • be able to demonstrate analytical thinking,

  • proven decision-making abilities;

  • been working with MS Office programs;

  • flexibility to adapt, and being able to manage multiple assignments while working independently, as well as a team contributor;

  • a strong customer focus together with a solid focus on delivery and completion of tasks within agreed timeframes;

  • fluency in English – both verbally and in writing is a must;

  • fluency in second/additional language is desirable for being successful in this role.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1293-1595 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
