Here are some responsibilities you will have:

• Project Roadmap Management process that encourages stakeholder involvement, feedback, objective metrics, and effective controls;

• Facilitating and coordinating the activities and team members involved in the implementation and completion of these complex projects;

• Developing, tracking, and managing project milestones, project plans, timelines and scope;

• Identifying business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

• Bachelor's degree along with Agile certifications (MBA or other similar advanced degree would be an advantage);

• Strong knowledge of working with Lean and Agile methodologies and experience in leading multiple Scrum teams;

• More than 2 years of proven project management experience;

• Stakeholder management and team-building skills.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2150 – 3569 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
