Job description
- Create and develop sales strategy based on market needs and implement company sales plans;
- Manage company investment planning and control;
- Analyze, evaluate market trends and competitors’ activities, create and recommend future insights and actions;
- Negotiate with the customer listings, trade budget, and pricing;
- Built and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with key customers (the biggest retail chains in LT);
- Plan and negotiated sales targets with Key Accounts to maximize their potential;
- Develop and represent the main “Vilniaus Degtinė” Brands (Obeliai, Bajoru, Čepkeliai, Sobieski, Renaissance, William Peel, etc.), availability and market share;
- Ensure merchandising services quality according to company standards.
Requirements
- Experience working in sales;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving;
- Very good PC, analytical and numerical skills;
- Presentation and argumentation skills;
- Self-motivation, ability to independently organize work, and willingness to help clients;
- University degree;
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English;
- Driving license.
