What You Will Do:
- Build a solid understanding of the relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and modelling;
- Provide key stakeholders across the business with self-service dashboards for real-time understanding of the metrics you have created, using PowerBI;
- Use analytical tools (Excel, SQL) to analyse and prepare data to support decision making;
- Identify new research areas that should be pursued and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders;
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis related to stakeholder questions with a strong commercial focus and translate results into a compelling narrative;
- Collaborate with business users to determine KPIs and critical metrics to monitor for new business lines.
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience working on business problems in data analyst/ business analyst / consulting role;
- Proven track record of creating actionable insight and recommendations which have driven business impact;
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets where some of your exploratory analysis will take place;
- Experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards with PowerBI (or other tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Grafana);
- Experience manipulating and analysing data using SQL;
- You’re a problem solver at heart and a team player;
- You’re pragmatic and impact-focused: you will choose Excel over Python if it is a better solution for the problem and vice-versa;
- You’re commercially aware and user-focused - able to understand needs and identify priorities to unlock business value through analytics;
- You’re excellent at communicating in both written and spoken English.
