ABOUT CLIENT:
Our Client – International well – known company. Currently, they are looking for the HR consultant to join their team.
YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Promote HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment;
- Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to complex human resource issues relating to the business area;
- Collaborates with other HR areas to develop, implement and communicate HR plans, programs and services to the business areas;
- Drive the development, coordinate and recommend changes for the improvement of HR processes;
- Work with other managers to coordinate continuing education efforts through staff and theorical trainings.
IF YOU:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in HR sector;
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field;
- Fluency in Lithuanian, also, strong English skills (oral and written);
