Currently we are looking for DEMAND PLANNER (TRANSPORT REAGENT)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Transport Reagent Demand Planning process (monthly) and model based on statistical forecast, sales trends and patterns, business plan and sales & marketing information
- Be the key person of contact between Transport Reagent and Global Planning
- Drive the quality assurance of the demand forecast output through the organization
- Prepare and participate in monthly Business Unit review meetings with key market stakeholders through an enrichment process, generate a consensus demand plan
- Identify demand gaps between the consensus demand plan and the sourcing plan
- Provide input on sourcing demand of TPP in case of demand gaps
- Contribute and implement improvements on the demand planning process, system and models going forward in time
- Establish robust short and long-term roadmaps in collaboration with global planning & optimalization
Profile
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent through experience
- 2-3 years of supply chain experience which could include, demand planning & forecasting, production planning, operations, customer service or logistic management
- Working experience in the chemical industry would be an advantage
- Work experience with Advanced planning systems (eg. SAP APO)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Solution and result oriented with proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Salary range
We offer salary from 1550 Eur to 2324 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
