Responsibilities:

Leads medium/large change projects, including design change projects, to sustain and improve Operations
Coordinates the activities of global functions such as clinical, regulatory, and stability
Use systematic techniques to create, support, and manage the development of project goals, schedules, and tasks
Monitor project progress to anticipate risks and develop solutions before they become critical
Actively participate on cross-functional team and supports the completion of team deliverables
Communicate effectively and review project milestones with key stakeholders as applicable
Supports management in establishing goals and strategies
Support Local Change Control Board meetings and the Change Control process as required

Responsibilities:

2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the medical devices sector
Formal Production / Engineering Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree) or similar proven related work experience and/or degree
Proven track record in project management and project leadership; capable of working independently
Demonstrates working knowledge of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in accomplishing well-defined tasks
Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate relevant technologies and processes to others in the technical group and provide project updates to non-technical key stakeholders
Previous knowledge or experience in bonding technology, polymer film processing and material testing is preferred
Familiarity with Regulatory and Biosafety aspects of medical devices design and development is preferred
Very good English language skills
