What You Will Do:

Plan, organize and execute all marketing campaigns from a to z;
Organize day-to-day operations of all marketing activities with marketing team;
Create data-driven analysis and come up with insights for growth and improvements;
Adapt global knowledge of current customer behavior and other performance trends to improve performance;
Be a main part building a foundation of a growth strategy mindset in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

What We Expect:

Experience in digital marketing and managing marketing projects;
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task;
Great interpersonal skills to communicate project processes with the team and stakeholders;
Experience working working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.);
Excellent language skills, ability to present well and prepare written communication;
Advanced proficiency in English and professional proficiency in Lithuanian.
