Scope of responsibilities
- Create and execute the annual training plan according to the company training needs;
- Organize the training according to the annual training plan;
- Assist in planning, creating, and implementing training programs and materials for each department as per request;
- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company;
- Manage the company Learning Management System as Key User.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Training coordinator/assistant/specialist is required;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have;
- Good time management skills, ability to juggle with various projects simultaneously;
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and experience with any training and development platforms is considered as an advantage).
