Scope of responsibilities

Create and execute the annual training plan according to the company training needs;
Organize the training according to the annual training plan;
Assist in planning, creating, and implementing training programs and materials for each department as per request;
Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company;
Manage the company Learning Management System as Key User.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as a Training coordinator/assistant/specialist is required;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have;
Good time management skills, ability to juggle with various projects simultaneously;
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and experience with any training and development platforms is considered as an advantage).
