About Client:
Our Client – International well – known company. Currently, they are looking for the HR and office administrator to join their team.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting company ‘s guests;
- Coordination of daily office activities and operations;
- Providing administrative support to the team;
- Managing office supplies and administrate office;
- Assisting employees with meetings, special events and etc. organization;
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
- Coordinate occupational safety and health issues;
- Support HR activities.
If you have:
- University degree;
- 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in international environment;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
