We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Technology & Services for Personal & Business Customers to run and deliver on various improvements in the area, coordinate projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the Personal & Business Customers area, focusing much on the Services part of the larger Technology & Services organization which is currently undergoing a major transformation. Expect plentiful challenges and changes to handle. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.
You will be coordinating and teaming up on change initiatives with a focus on centralizing, standardizing, and simplifying both specific to individual service areas within the Personal & Business Customers domain and strategic initiatives cutting across the whole services organization.
You will apply your project & change management, process analysis and improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure effective implementation of agreed assignments.
You will:
- Take ownership of service development initiatives, ensuring they are proceeding according to the plan and meeting quality standards
- Carry out all the elements of project management starting from scoping down to benefit realization
- Handle communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment
- Take ownership of own development and that of the team as well as Personal & Business Customers T&S organization at large
- Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvements daily
- Promote a change mindset and support organizational change implementation
- Learn continuously about new services, processes, and technological constructs
About you:
- You bring 3+ years of project management or management consulting experience
- You have proficiency in change management, including knowledge & interest in different change management, behavior design tools & technics
- You are delivery oriented who can present a track record of completed successful change projects
- You are a real team-oriented person with a proactive mindset, can-do attitude, and collaboration skills
- You are structured, analytical, and pragmatic and thrive with and promote change in the organization
- You have professional stakeholder management skills and experience, including the ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
- You have experience working in an Agile set-up
- You have advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
