Job description
General manager for one of the strongest global broker and crypto exchange company. Will be working in VASP company in Lithuania.
- Leading the company in LT and overseeing daily business operations.
- Representing the company.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Monitoring of legislative changes and implementation of requested changes.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities by reviewing the company’s procedures, documentation and following market changes.
- Managing risks and close cooperation with the AML officer.
- Working on group projects and develop new business in connection with financial services with an active role in the potential licensing procedures.
- Reporting, cooperation and communication with internal supervisors and external institutions.
- Close cooperation with the CEO and the Group managers’ team.
- Developing and implementing sales and growth strategies.
- Reporting to the CEO and reporting to other Senior managers on group level.
- Hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
Requirements
- Senior experience in compliance/AML.
- Understanding of Fintech business and interest to develop it.
- Team management skills.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language.
- Knowledge about regulation of financial services and crypto services would be consider as big plus.
- Knowledge in connection with provisioning of payment services and payment systems would also consider as a big plus.
