As our new People Operations Specialist for Performance Management, you will:
Coordinate and perform day-to-day People tasks related to Performance Management.
Support and provide information to employees and managers regarding day-to day Performance Management topics.
Administrating Performance Management system to ensure employee data is maintained efficiently.
Regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
Reviewing Performance Management progress and identifying any issues.
Performance Management process improvements.
What you need to be successful:
2 years' of proven experience in People Operations or an Administrative role.
Previous experience with People Information systems.
Performance Management system experience would be considered as an advantage.
Strong time-management skills, attention to details.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to quickly form relationships across departments and work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Capacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes, adapt quickly while remaining flexible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages.
Prior experience in a fast growth, start-up type environment would be an advantage.
