EUT Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary Digital Modern workplaces to allow others to work on their contribution to LTG group success
• Strive towards paramount user experience for employees using IT services while maintaining high security standards
• Make the best use of existing Microsoft 365 to consume, while avoiding running own servers
• Be a real people leader for your team to leverage their skills and growth and retain them with suitable career paths
• Reliable and trusted sparring partner for the IT management board and ensure the smooth running of multiple areas such as Support, Network, Security and Applications
• Develop a roadmap and process to coordinate prioritisation of long-term projects and short-term work requests

Requirements

• You are an experienced people leader and lead an internal IT services team or department
• You have a mindset of seeing IT as an enabler for the business
• You have good knowledge and routine in solving issues related to the typical IT topics, like workplaces, collaboration services and Identity
• You managed modern workplaces, Windows 10-11, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD as well as SSO integration and mobile device management
• You want to grow your team to become self-organized, led by outcome-oriented objectives and understanding the impact they are provided with
• You have mindset of delivering services based on ITIL
