- Monitor and lead an assigned Accounting team working within General Ledger and Treasury functions;
- Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across McKesson of agreed policies and procedures by team members;
- Plan team workload and organize tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and other reporting in accordance with agreed deadlines;
- Evaluate existing processes and reconciliations for improvement, coordinate efficient solutions and necessary process changes;
- Participate in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process leaning and improving communication;
- Coordinate resolution of customer queries and complaints related to assigned Accounting processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries;
- Responsible for managing, coaching and developing team members for their individual advancement and for the benefit of the team, while fostering and maintaining strong team spirit and a healthy working atmosphere.

- University degree in Economics or Business Administration or similar;
- Plus 3 years of proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements preferably in Shared Service Center environment;
- >1 year Team Leading experience needed;
- Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
