Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes for all Intrum countries and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Operations Center. Join our company, share and develop your knowledge and be a member of dedicated, enthusiastic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organize, coordinate and control team's work in order to execute tasks properly and in time

• Work in cooperation with colleagues and provide accurate and timely support for performed processes

• Provide on the job coaching for the team members

• Drive and facilitate team meetings

• Continuously analyze and initiate systems' and processes' improvements/changes, always prioritize risks

• Take part in the Accounting and Finance process projects

About you:

• Degree in Accounting /Finance or a related field

• Experience in financial sector

• Experience in coordinating and team leading

• Very good knowledge of English

• Ability to meet deadlines, good organizational skills

• Good communication, problem solving, analytical and planning skills

Salary:

1700 - 2500 Eur gross/ month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
