Job description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and responsible colleague who:

Ensure that the Bank's internal legislative acts comply with the laws, regulations, and best practice standards binding to the Bank.
Cooperation with other Baltic teams.
Maintain, and develop internal procedures and processes.
Cover public relations matters regarding compliance area.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Compliance Officer.
Practical work experience in the financial services industry.
Perfect Lithuanian and English language skills.
Personality – solution seeker, cooperative.
