Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (GERMAN)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
• Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
• Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
• Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
• Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

• Fluent/native in English
• Good German language skills (Level B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
• Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
• Relevant successful operational experience in Supply Chain Operations with good understanding of transport legislationc
• Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 1440 Eur to 2210 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included).
