Responsibilities:
- Developing and updating necessary risk management policies and procedures in accordance with changing legislation and best practices;
- Working closely with representatives from the business to identify and document financial and non-financial risks across the company;
- Overseeing both risks and incidents registries, ensuring that both risks and incidents are properly documented according to company requirements;
- Promoting risk awareness and conducting company-wide training on how to identify risks and how to manage incidents;
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or IT.
- 1+ years of proven track record in the design and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Proactive attitude, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills.
Additional skills:
- Experience in Anti-Money Laundering/Combating Terrorism Financing and outsourcing risk management.
- Knowledge of the tools and techniques used in risk management.
