Office Administrator role

Job Duties:

• Become the go-to person for your colleagues on all administrative and office related questions
• Supervise and maintain all aspects of the office – premises, equipment, facilities, ordering of office supplies
• Take a lead on ensuring smooth and successful move to our new office
• Assist in planning and executing company’s events

• have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
• have excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• have previous administrative work experience (would be an advantage)
• are fluent in English
