We are looking for Senior Operations Specialists with Norwegian language knowledge and multi-level competencies to become members of dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements
• Stakeholder management

About you:

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Able to work full
• Experience with MS Office package
• Proactiveness, process improvement mindset
• Work experience in operations, back office or similar
• Quick learner and good problem solver
• Attention to details

Salary range:

1700 - 2700 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
