Job description

The Process Analyst will be responsible for driving measurable business process improvements, using the data and insights from Celonis and the automation capabilities of UI Path. The analyst will partner with functional and local country teams to identify opportunities, and efficiencies and deliver value. This person will blend deep process expertise, a data-driven skillset, and a financial understanding of how process improvements can impact company targets and financial KPIs. Most importantly, this person needs an enthusiastic approach to embracing the capabilities of new technology and championing a data-driven mindset.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Translate country and functional strategic objectives into high-impact process improvement use cases 
  • Lead business value workshops with the process and country stakeholders using Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement for example reducing manual work, improving cycle times, etc. 
  • Use data from Celonis to derive root causes and quantify the business impact of process constraints and potential solutions 
  • Gather requirements from business subject matter experts for RPA automated design, helping find solutions and improvements for various business functions 
  • Calculate and assess the financial impact of each use case, building business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging benchmarks and best practices 
  • Track system implementation and data validation 
  • Work with the business subject expert and technical team to execute improvement actions and RPA use cases in line with expectations and best practices 
  • Present results and realized value to senior management 
  • Become a champion for process mining and automation in the organization and enable end-user training and adoption 

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in process transformation, process improvement, data analytics, business analysis, financial analysis 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business information systems, or other business or engineering-related subjects 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills 
  • Experience in analyzing SCM, Finance, or Procurement processes 
  • Experience in bringing meaning and understanding to data from multiple, disparate sources and ability to tell a compelling story, and an ability to present business cases utilizing ROI calculations 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, distributing, warehouse, or stock areas would be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning processes would be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory - other European languages are an advantage

  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills, especially in diverse cultures 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global, matrix/team environment, with geographically dispersed Teams 
  • Ability to build strong relationships at different levels of the organization in the business both vertically and laterally and to influence and be persuasive at all levels. 
  • Dynamic and agile thinker and problem solver with a creative, innovative approach and a high level of empathy 
  • Curious and wanting to learn with a keen interest in new modern technologies for large organizations
  • Ability to work in a changing, dynamic environment with comfort to working with ambiguity
