ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL
• Be responsible for the design and execution of software and hardware verification procedures.
• Report issues in a clear, concise manner, escalate defects to development teams, and document them in the issue tracking system.
• Provide professional and informative 1st and 2nd level support for customers.
• Provide detailed training for new customers on how to use our applications and devices
