Better starts and ends with the customer
In this position, you will be responsible for responding to requests for IT support via multiple sources, logging service calls, generating trouble tickets, managing trouble reports and monitoring their progress and resolution. You will monitor telecommunication systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software incidents to ensure that systems perform in a manner that meets the business/client's needs and objectives. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to the business and external customers, respond to support requests by diagnosing and resolving service calls within guidelines, and escalate more complex incidents and service calls to the appropriate level.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
Analytical thinking and interest in IT/technical troubleshooting
Similar working experience or qualifications would be an advantage
A degree or certification in computer science or similar studies is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written English
Communication skills with a focus on providing customer service
The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is desired

The monthly gross base salary range is 1083 – 1700 EUR EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
