Better starts and ends with the customer

As an Junior Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money as well as support WU.com customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction/customer profile verification handling procedures. After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Fluent in German

The monthly gross base salary range is 1079 – 1700 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
