What will you do:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the 3-4 merchandisers team.
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Develope and implement a timeline to achieve targets.
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, andcommunication skills.
- Conduct merchandisers work audits and performance review meetings.
- Visit part of the shops to help implement merchandising process.
- Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
About this position:
De’Longhi merchandising supervisor will be responsible for administrating work of 3-4 merchandisers team. It is a great opportunity to start working in a merchandising project on a launch phase and help to create the best results achieving team. Merchandisers will be from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and they will be traveling through all three Baltic countries different retail stores.
