Job description

Manage all HR documentation (employment agreements, bonuses, annexes and amendments, salary changes, new joiners).
Implement & manage Global Adform Benefits & Policies, Guides across the countries.
Keep HRIS system updated & configured according to business needs.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operational support (pre-payroll processes about holidays, sick leave and similar).
Support HR Business Partners with data insights.
Oversee the salary review processes once a year.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist role (broad and in-depth understanding of a full HR cycle).
Good knowledge of Lithuanian labour law.
Proven analytical skills and very strong practical use of Excel.
Verbal and written fluency in English.
Eagerness to lead the team.
Data and detail-driven person.
