Job description

  • Support customers and find the best solutions for their queries;
  • Handle customer’s orders (enter details into system, invoicing, documentation, close follow-up);
  • Solve customers’ problems related to orders, invoices, products availability, deliveries, etc.;
  • Close communication with sales and logistic teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operational work (could be Back office specialist);
  • Mindset for learning and proactively take initiative;
  • B2 English language level in speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with SAP.
