Job description
- Administrate cost price calculations and manage Price update in ERP platform.
- Administrate and investigate price differences between PO and supplier invoices.
- Calculate monthly off-invoice rebates and execute the monthly supplier data reporting and distribute to suppliers.
- Execute monthly CBT submission, various reports, etc.
- Collect data on supplier due diligence and update ERP systems with updated information
- Collect supplier data on specific legislations projects or CSR, and update ERP systems with new information.
- Collect data from suppliers and summaries information for internal system.
- Support and communicate on the daily questions to Sourcing from internal and external stakeholders regarding price and supplier related questions.
Requirements
- Communicate in English in both writing and speaking.
- Experience in ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working experience in supply market would consider as a plus.
- Attention to detail, good analytical skills.
