Job description

Red Bull National Field Sales Manager – will manage a team of Strikers (4 members) and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Superettes, Groceries, Gas Stations, Convenience, and Kiosks accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed perfect store standards. Also, work closely with Distribution Partner field sales team by evaluating sales results on daily basis & organize trainings.

Requirements

  • Higher commercial degree/University Degree (Business management would be an advantage).
  • >5 years’ experience in FMCG sector and previous experience of leading a sales team successfully.
  • Leadership, motivation and team skills.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG context.
  • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
  • EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and experience with Field Force automation.
  • Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Management and reporting control.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Valid driving license (B category).
