What you will do:
- Communicate with customers and solve their website-related issues via live chat, and tickets (in Lithuanian, or English languages);
- Occasionally take over the phone dutty (in Lithuanian, and English languages);
- Be a true ambassador, and show our customers what customer obsession is really about;
- Focus on the customers’ success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
- Dive deep into the world of IT by continuously polishing your technical background;
- Deliver impactful work on a company scale.
What we expect:
- Native written, and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian (a must);
- C1 written, and spoken proficiency in English (a must);
- Ability to work either 40 hours per week (5 days a week, including the weekends), or 32 hours per week (4 days a week, including the weekends) (a must);
- Ability to work morning/day/night shifts that rotate every week (there is also a possibility to work morning/day shifts only) (a must);
- Ability to participate in a 3,5-week course training (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm) at the very beginning (a must);
- Proven work experience in the IT field, and/or IT-related studies;
- Proven ambition and focus to develop your knowledge in IT;
- Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy;
- Hunger for learning and growing;
- You are based in Lithuania.
