Responsibilities:
• Leading, ensuring, and coordinating the operations of the team in Lithuania (10 employees).
• Planning and executing the Company's sales strategies to sustain profitable growth.
• Organizing purchases of products from manufacturing plants.
• Organizing and controlling of logistic costs.
Requirements:
• Work experience in the similar position for at least 5 years.
• Must be fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian.
• Excellent commercial and business development skills.
• Working experience in international company is a plus.
• Self-motivated, self-managing and teamwork oriented.
