MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post content and maintain daily presence on all Son de Flor social media accounts (minimal on weekends & holidays);
Partner closely with the customer service team to help address comments, questions, & complaints;
Active daily communication with the Son de Flor community;
Work with teammates to brainstorm new content ideas & review content calendars ensuring accuracy & relevancy;
Stay up to date with current and emerging social media platforms, functions, algorithm updates, & trends;
Actively monitor & report on key social media performance metrics;

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
Passion for all things social media related;
Strong customer empathy as well as warm, personal, & open style of communication;
Strong time-management skills and discipline to post content on social media accounts;
Interest in keeping up with new social media trends, updates, and news;
At least minimal knowledge in social media marketing & strategizing;
A creative flair both written and visual;
Bonus: experience in customer service & support roles;
