Danske Bank has embarked on an agile change journey of scale, and we would like you to be part of our transformation – by bridging change requirements set by the business to IT developers improving our systems.

Our team is responsible for regulatory risk reporting and IT systems used in the banks’ credit processes. You will have a pivotal part in supporting the IT developers in our team by bridging the requirements for system changes set by the users as well as testing the developed functionality.

In addition, you will be a key contributor to the maintenance and development of the internal framework for managing and granting access to confidential data in the bank, an area with high attention that will undertake an overhaul and update in the coming years. You will be the main driver for ensuring progress and quality in this process. Likewise, you will take part in the general responsibilities of the team, which is part of the Group Risk Management area, why part of your daily work requires collaboration with colleagues across the group.

You will:

  • Manage access to credit data and set the requirements for the future setup
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders by translating business needs into system requirements
  • Test and communicate system changes following best practices in Danske Bank’s change management framework
  • Get empowerment to enable your capabilities and contribute to transforming the Group Risk Management area towards a solid data governance framework

About you:

  • Analysis, communication and stakeholder management is your home ground
  • Education within e.g. Economics, Statistics or Business
  • Experience in the financial industry or working with IT systems is an advantage but not a requirement
  • High sense of responsibility, drive, and commitment to deliver high quality on time
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
