Business Analyst, Intelligent Automation & Robotics

Are you passionate about intelligent automation and robotics?

We are currently looking for a colleague who is passionate about developing competitive, efficient, and innovative automated processes. Your task will be to drive intelligent automation initiatives to improve Swedbank’s competitiveness by assessing processes that reduces manual handling, improves way of working, reduces operational risk and supports Swedbank´s sustainability journey.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of an international team working very closely to secure fast and qualitative automation processes.
• Identify automation opportunities by assessing and translating business needs into process improvements and automation features.
• Identify and analyse improvement for existing processes.
• Analyse possibilities for and evaluate new processes.
• Lead process improvement efforts during the automation lifecycle, i.e. assessment, analysis, design, risk mitigation, test and deployment.
• Be a spokesperson for automation within the business area, i.e. increase organisational knowledge, guide and support stakeholders understanding their automation possibilities.
• Use agile ways of working to prioritize work and secure fast and qualitative deliveries.
• Be part of a very engaged agile team who works closely together to solve problems, improve team and personal skills, celebrate successes, and have fun together.
• Have an operational responsibility where you together with your colleagues make sure that our automated process runs according to agreed plan.
• Improve best practices and shape your own working environment.

What is needed in this role:

• Experience from Business Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Management and Analysis.
• Experience in process modelling.
• A customer-oriented, creative, and curious mindset.
• A structured, systematic, and detail-oriented way of working.
• A willingness to learn new things, an open and pro-active mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• To be a team player with great collaboration skills.
• Experience in automation solutions such as Blue Prism and/or UiPath is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or corresponding working experience.
