Senior Social Media Buyer

Get ready to

• Plan Facebook performance strategy with KPIs to achieve target results
  
• Manage and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the defined ROAS for Facebook
  
• Work with other media buyers and also performance creatives and designers
  
• Do market and customer research to come up with new strategies for testing or scaling
  
• Test and manage other paid social channels (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  
• Jump into the fast-growing and learning environment
  
• Play an essential role in project success and take responsibility for your decisions
  

We expect you to

• Be self-driven
  
• Have 4+ years of experience in Facebook media buying
  
• Have expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined goals
  
• Have experience working with large-scale budgets
  
• Preferably have experience with digital product marketing
  
• Know the metrics and easily slice data
  
• Have attention to detail and perfect time management skills
  
• Have the ability to prioritize your workflow
  
• Have enthusiasm for paid social and drive for continued growth
  
• Have no fear of failing, testing, and scaling
  
• Be initiative, have critical thinking
  
• Never kill the vibe
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-5000 EUR/month.
