Join our team of professionals as a Client Onboarding Banking Services Officer!

For our office in Vilnius we are currently recruiting for a Client Onboarding Banking Services Officer. As Onboarding Banking Services Officer, you will use the experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, the ability to prioritise tasks and strong personal character to help meet client requirements. Your team will benefit from your flexible approach, attention to detail and ability to take the lead to work in a fast-paced regulated environment.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effective engagement with internal teams to ensure sufficient & accurate data received in order to progress bank account opening process on behalf of clients, as well as ensuring updates are provided to internal teams regularly;
• Maintain up to date familiarity of the account opening requirements for each 3rd party banking service provider;
• Accurate and timely completion of bank account opening forms across various 3rd party banking providers in both Ireland and Luxembourg;
• Facilitating set up and ensuring appropriate access levels are granted to the associated online platform for each bank account opened;
• Managing and organisation of the various internal mailboxes used for each 3rd party banking provider including the prompt resolution of internal queries raised;
• Timely completion of FATCA & CRS analysis & entity classification and the associated completion of Self Certs/W8 forms etc.

YOUR PROFILE

If you meet the following requirements, you are who we look for:
• Preferred degree level educated candidate in a relevant area such Finance, Economics or related field;
• You may have some existing relevant experience in the Financial services;
• Business Administration experience is considered an advantage;
• You have great attention to detail coupled with superior organizational skills;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate).
