Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain & improve automated regular Supply chain KPI monitoring and reporting system (including, but not limiting to PowerBI)
• Provide "on demand" Supply chain related data & insights to support operational Supply chain teams
• Develop and lead Supply chain improvement initiatives
• Define & Lead Supply chain related projects (including, but not limiting to Forecasting, Ordering & Distribution automation, Supply chain development) ensuring quality of deliverables
• Participate in intercompany projects, workshops, discussion sessions covering SC area

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field is a plus
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, experience in leadership position would be preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to share knowledge
• Structured, pragmatic, results oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to communicate at all levels within the organization
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or teams (Project management certifications is a plus)

• Motivating salary package (gross): 2 630,00 - 3 900,00 EUR (final salary offer is determined based on the candidate's experience and knowledge in relevance)
