Analyst, Sales Compensation – Vilnius, Lithuania

Role Responsibilities
Acting as a consultant for global internal client groups on various sales compensation programs and policies.
Assisting with the preparation of annual sales compensation plans, administration of plan documents for existing employees as well as new starters, assisting with the training of sales employees on their sales compensation plans.
Supporting monthly/quarterly payment calculations.
Working with HR colleagues to support the accurate and timely data loads into the company's Incentive Compensation system, Varicent.
Working alongside general compensation teams to support all aspects of general compensation, including salary surveys, job leveling and variable compensation. Working closely with HR, Finance and Sales colleagues globally and reporting to Global Sales Compensation Manager.
Role Requirements
Being comfortable with numbers and data analysis, bringing intermediate knowledge of MS Excel to the table.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in English.
Any experience in general HR and/or sales compensation programs would be desirable but not essential if the candidate can demonstrate good data analysis skills and the ability to learn
Global experience supporting sales compensation programs and familiarity with Workday and/or Varicent platforms would make you stand out.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1891 – 3052 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
