YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
YOUR TASKS
- You will provide administrative and organizational support for the Managing Director of HELLA Lithuania in Kaunas;
- You will organize business trips, events and meetings with internal and external business partners and prepare the necessary documents;
- You will communicate in the global HELLA network as well as with international customers and business partners;
- You will also monitor the e-mail inbox, organize incoming information and distribute this information according to responsibility and priority;
- You will create and update graphics, reports, presentations and lectures (in English) according to keywords;
- You will be organizing and managing the schedule of your superior and office tasks are just as much a part of the role as procuring workplace equipment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies in business administration;
- Relevant work experience in a comparable role;
- Confidence in using the current Microsoft Office programs;
- Excellent knowledge of English.

Information regarding Base Salary
From 2000 to 2200 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
