You will operate within the International Subpoena Fulfillment Team, which is part of the General Counsel Office. Western Union receives thousands of subpoenas and other compulsory requests (collectively, “subpoenas”) for transaction data and other information. Timely and accurate fulfillment of subpoenas is one of our legal obligations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and responding to all incoming requests.

  • Searching Western Union’s transaction records and other information for end-to-end case fulfillment.

  • Interaction with law enforcement agencies, government entities, private requestors, and Western Union colleagues worldwide, to maintain effective working relationships.

  • Processing necessary reports and data dashboards.

  • Assisting team leader with projects and other work-related tasks.


For this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in English.

  • Ability to work shifts according to business needs.

  • Very strong time management, efficiency, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work within very short deadlines.

  • Attentiveness to the details.

  • High level of discretion when working with confidential and sensitive matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Proficiency in working with computer, all common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.

The monthly gross salary range is 1078 – 1592 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
