Job Description

 

  • Support & accelerate the implementation of LTG social sustainability policy through development of an engaging and high-performance culture by designing and implementing best practices that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity & wellbeing
  • Contribute to the integration of LTG values & behaviours into daily work by weaving them into every employee-related process & working closely with employees and managers
  • Facilitate an inclusive work culture by building or improving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs & initiatives
  • Iron out and embed principles of top-class leadership by creating high-quality, high-impact leadership development experiences
  • Continuously improve employee engagement by designing and leading initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g., annual organizational culture survey, touch-point surveys)
  • Design and implement operating in-house model to stimulate open and continuous feedback between all employees in the organization, regardless of their role or function
  • Support as an advisor and change agent with regards to culture and values related matters. In practice, this includes a variety of activities: acting as a Project Manager to facilitate culture and values programs across LTG, promoting collaborative relationships and effective communication among stakeholders, and etc.

Requirements

 

  • Thorough knowledge and experience in the areas of people, culture, employee engagement, values, leadership development
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in People and Culture, Business or Organization Development, Organizational Psychology
  • Open minded attitude
  • Driven, self-motivated and a highly flexible team player
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Skilled in stakeholder and project/change management
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
  • Proficient in mediating, facilitation, presentation, and analysis
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
