In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
  • Collaborate and innovate with cross-functional colleagues to develop unique and lasting solutions;
  • Contribute to the development of our strategy for Cloud & On Prem Directories;
  • Design, implement and maintain commoditized Cyber Security infrastructure for all Swedbank employees via Active Directory, Azure AD, Authentication & Authorization;
  • Be part of our Scaled Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to streamline value delivery;
  • Combine the power of Cloud and Automation to optimize opportunities to secure identities;
  • Work closely with stakeholders and tailor solutions to fit their specific requirements;
  • Provide level 3 support for incidents within the team’s responsibility on a rotating basis;
  • Work in an environment in which you know that you are valued;

What is needed in this role:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
  • Solid experience in Directory Services (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML2, OAuth);
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills;
  • Proficiency in written and oral English;
  • Good technical skills, a constant desire to stay on top of technology and a growth mindset;
  • Self-leadership skills;
  • The ability to find a way independently while remaining committed to collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to reach a common goal;
  • An appreciation for the opportunity to learn and develop continuously;
  • A desire to work in a cooperative and empowering work culture.
